Accessibility statement
Last updated 13 October 2026
This statement applies to Pulse CRM, the system Pulse Fulfilment Limited uses to manage customer relationships, the service desk and warehouse work, and the customer-facing pages it sends out: proposals, account opening forms, agreements to sign, feedback and “how did we do?” pages.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. That means you should be able to:
- navigate every page and control using only a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
- skip straight to the main content from the top of each CRM screen;
- zoom in up to 400% and use the pages on a phone without text being cut off;
- use a screen reader and hear a name for buttons, fields, dialogs and status messages;
- read text with at least 4.5:1 contrast in both the light and dark themes; and
- switch off animation using your operating system’s reduce-motion setting.
How accessible this system is
We aim for Pulse CRM to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We know some parts do not yet meet that standard in full:
- Some controls inside tables and lists share a spoken name (for example “Priority”) without saying which row they belong to.
- Some tables and boards are wide and need horizontal scrolling at high zoom levels.
- A few drawers and panels in the leads area open without taking keyboard focus.
- Documents uploaded by customers (PDFs, images) are stored as sent and may not be accessible themselves.
- The drawn-signature pad on the agreement page has a typed-name alternative, but the drawing area itself cannot be used with a keyboard.
Feedback and contact information
If you cannot use part of this system, or need information in a different format such as large print or plain text email, contact Pulse Fulfilment:
- Email: customerservice@pulsefulfilment.co.uk
- Post: Pulse Fulfilment Limited, Unit 3-4 Ocean Park, Dock Road, Wallasey, CH41 1HW
We aim to reply within five working days. Tell us which page you were on and what did not work, and we will fix it or offer another way to do the same thing.
Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010, which requires reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Technical information
Pulse Fulfilment is committed to making this system accessible. It has been built and tested against WCAG 2.2 level AA. Where the system connects to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) it follows the accessibility guidance in HMRC’s Developer Hub.
Measures taken across the system include:
- a main landmark and one top-level heading on every page, with a skip link on every CRM screen;
- a visible focus ring on links, buttons and fields in both themes;
- text colours checked against their backgrounds to at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text and controls);
- labels or spoken names on form fields, drop-downs, icon buttons and dialogs;
- dialogs that trap focus, close with the Escape key and return focus to where you were;
- status messages (saved, sent, errors) announced to screen readers through a live region;
- the page language declared as British English; and
- animation disabled when the operating system asks for reduced motion.
How we tested
The system was last tested on 13 October 2026 by Pulse Fulfilment. Testing covered the sign-in and two-step verification screens, dashboard, service desk, mail, leads, SLA board, warehouse board, reports, settings and the customer-facing proposal, account, signing, feedback and rating pages, in both light and dark themes. We used automated checks (axe-core against WCAG 2.2 AA) on every screen, followed by keyboard-only walks of the main tasks. We re-run the automated checks before each release. We have not yet tested with a screen reader; that is planned.
This statement was prepared on 13 October 2026 and will be reviewed whenever a major part of the system changes, and at least once a year.
