Terms and conditions

Pulse CRM is the system Pulse Fulfilment Limited (“Pulse”, “we”) uses to manage its customer relationships. It is our own software, used by our staff. The parts of it you may use as a customer are the pages we send you links to: an account opening form, a document to sign electronically, a proposal to accept, and a request for warehouse system access. These terms apply to your use of those pages.

Using the pages we send you

• The links we send are personal to your business. Do not share them outside the people who need to complete the form or sign the document.
• You confirm that the information you enter is true and complete, and that you have authority to give it on behalf of your business.
• An electronic signature given on our signing page, confirmed with the one-time code sent to your email, has the same effect as a handwritten signature on the document.
• You must not attempt to access any part of the system other than the page you were sent, interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The agreement between us

The terms on which we provide fulfilment services are set out in the account opening agreement your director signs, together with any proposal you accept. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Your information

How we use the information you give us is explained in our privacy policy. In summary, we use it to open and run your account, to meet our legal obligations as an approved fulfilment house, and to verify your VAT number with HM Revenue & Customs.

Availability

We aim to keep the pages available but do not guarantee it. If a link stops working, contact the person at Pulse who sent it and we will send a new one.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use a page after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
